Natural Yogurt, Cucumber and Mint Dip

This fresh dip can be used to cut through deliciously rich or spicy foods.

1 Large Cucumber 

20g Mint 

450g natural yogurt

Sea salt 


1. Peel and deseed the cucumbers. Dice to a nice uniformed small dice. Shred the mint very finely. 

2. Add all ingredients to the yogurt and season with salt.

3. Serve as a dip in its own right, or serve alongside a curry or grilled meats.
