Homemade Pizza

A super simple recipe, perfect for a Saturday night in with the family.

Try it topped with our Organic Cheddar!

Ingredients

150g plain flour

1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda

A pinch of salt

110g Yeo Valley Natural Yogurt

2 tbsp olive oil

To serve

Yeo Valley Organic Mature Cheddar Cheese

 

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together, then roll out on a dusting of flour. Form into 3 individual pizzas or 1 large one.
  2. Prick bases with a fork then bake at 160°C for 5-10 mins until light brown.
  3. Top with a tomato sauce (chopped tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, tomato ketchup, oregano), cheddar, mozzarella, olives, basil pesto
  4. Put back in the oven for another 5 mins. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and serve.
