Super-charged breakfast bowl

Power up for breakfast with this delicious bowl of goodness!

Ingredients

170g  Yeo Valley 0% Super Thick Yogurt

30g  Yeo Valley Mixed Berry Compote

1 banana, sliced

Handful of fresh berries or other fruits

30g  your favourite granola or muesli (we used one with nuts for extra texture)

 

Other toppings:

Spoonful of nut butter

Handful of seeds or nuts – pumpkin, sunflower, chia, flaked almonds, pecans

Coconut flakes

Method

1. Add the yogurt to your favourite breakfast bowl, ideally one quite deep
2. Add sliced banana followed by your choice of berries or fruit
3. Drizzle the compote and add your favourite toppings
4. Dig in and enjoy!
