He told me about the dairy farmers that had banded together to create a brand of their own rather than be reliant on supermarkets, and that appeals to me as it did to him. When I eat a Yeo Valley yoghurt, as I did the other day, I remember him as I enjoy its refreshing mix of tart, sweet, and smooth.
