
Banoffee Trifles
This is a quick and easy cheat’s trifle that looks impressive and tastes delicious
Ingredients
3 Ripe bananas, sliced
150g Caramel sauce (we used Nestle Carnation Caramel Sauce)
150g Oat biscuits, crumbled
500g Fresh custard (ready-made)
250g Yeo Valley Salted Caramel Crème Fraiche
35g Pecan nuts, broken
25g Banana chips
Method
1. Take your serving glasses and begin layering with banana slices, a spoonful of caramel sauce, followed by oat biscuit pieces
2. Add a layer of custard to fill roughly halfway up the glasses
3. Top with Yeo Valley Salted Carmel Crème Fraiche
4. Decorate with pecan nuts and banana chips
5. Serve immediately
