Chocolate and Yogurt Cookies

Ingredients

250g unsalted butter

100g caster sugar

150g muscovado sugar

2 tsp vanilla paste

2 eggs

4 tbsp of yeo valley natural yogurt

200g plain flour

100g cocoa powder

150g dark chocolate drops

Method

  1. Beat the butter and sugars together until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix the eggs and yogurt and beat well.
  3. Gradually add the yogurt to the sugar mixing slowly, then fold in the flour, cocoa and chocolate chips.
  4. Roll the mixture into golf sized balls and place on a baking tray lined with a greaseproof sheet.
  5. Place in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180C.
  6. Allow to cool on the tray.
