Coriander, lemon, thyme & pistachio butter board

Use our Organic Unsalted Butter to craft this simply delicious butter board.

250g Yeo Valley unsalted butter
15g Coriander
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried or fresh thyme
1 Lemon zest
20g Pistachios – roughly chopped


  1. Put the butter, coriander & salt in a blender & blend until smooth & green!
  2. Spread the butter over a board & sprinkle with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Tear up some delicious fresh bread & tuck in.
