Spooky yogurt covered pretzels
Dip pretzels into ghostly yogurt to create some truly spine-tingling treats. Add candy eyes for a touch of mischief but beware – one bite may cast a spell of irresistible yumminess…
Ingredients
Recipe
- 200g Yeo Valley 5% Super Thick Yogurt
- 770g Icing Sugar
- 800g Pretzels
- 100g White Chocolate
- 100g Dark Chocolate
- Edible Halloween Decorations
Method
- Heat the oven to 120C
- Combine the Super Thick yogurt and icing sugar in a bowl.
- Dip the pretzels in the thick mixture. The mixture should totally cover the pretzels. Place the pretzels on a wire rack, set over a baking tray.
- Decorate the pretzels with the edible decorations e.g. ghost eyes and Halloween decorations.
- Place the pretzels in the oven and then turn the oven off, leaving the pretzels to dry out for 3-4 hours.
- Remove from the oven and decorate the pretzels further with melted white chocolate and dark chocolate. Put the pretzels in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set.
- Finally once set take your pretzels out the fridge and enjoy.
