This butter has a little bit of salt added for flavour. Perfect on hot toast with a cup of tea.

My cholesterol level is low. I weigh seven stone and yet I eat tonnes of your butter. How come?
Because the body can metabolise the saturated fat of full-cream butter and milk more easily than it can metabolise vegetable fats! The hidden reason for the current obesity crisis is out bodies inability of metabolise corn oil and sunflower oil!
