I suffer from skin problems (eczema) if I eat ordinary dairy produce, but with organic dairy produce I am fine. I particularly like Yeo Valley
organic butter as it is lovely and creamy, and really delicious spread on just baked bread. I use it in all my cooking and baking.

Our favourite. A truly buttery taste with just the right amount of saltiness. It’s got to be Yeo Valley Butter!

My husband has to be careful with his diet being diabetic but cannot eat a sandwich without butter on his bread. We tried butter alternatives but really prefer the Yeo butter in small amounts rather than larger portions of other products because it tastes so much better.

Years ago I read that UK dairy cows were sometimes fed on sugar beet tops which were often sprayed with the chemical Lindane (I think that’s how you spell it). For years I routinely bought NZ organic butter but now I’ve discovered Yeo Valley milk I’ve swapped to Yeo Valley butter.
It’s really delicious.

Delicious, natural taste. All our visitors comment on the brilliant taste and then become converts. I have Coeliac Disease and this butter is brilliant for gluten free home baking.

I don’t like really salty butter. Yeo Valley butter is slightly salted and is just right for me. It’s very creamy. My special treat for my breakfast at the weekend is some lovely homemade bread, toasted and spread with Yeo Valley butter. Yummy

On the health front, butter is good for you – it is official! Butter is better than margarine filled with disgusting mono-saturates.

My cholesterol level is low. I weigh seven stone and yet I eat tonnes of your butter. How come?

Because the body can metabolise the saturated fat of full-cream butter and milk more easily than it can metabolise vegetable fats! The hidden reason for the current obesity crisis is out bodies inability of metabolise corn oil and sunflower oil!

So start eating Yeo Valley butter! It is nutritious and delicious. It is equally brilliant on toast or whisked into a Victoria sponge cake or flan. It makes great oatmeal biscuits too – again great for the heart. (Oats can reduce high blood pressure).

So, what is everyone waiting for? Get cooking with Yeo Valley Butter in the sure knowledge that it is both delicious and nutritious!

Lovely butter – I sometimes get the unsalted too – useful if it is cheaper than waitrose’s own
