Our mature Cheddar is crafted using only British organic milk and then hand-selected by our expert cheesemakers for a wonderfully rich and creamy taste.

Our Cheddar can be frozen but for best results grate or cut into small cubes before freezing. Place into an air-tight container or wrap it well in a freezer bag. Defrost in the fridge and consume as soon as possible. Freeze for up to 6 months.

This cheese is great! I’ve been using another make and low fat (doing Slimming World) and there was always a layer left on my grater so I tried this (can’t have so much unfortunately) and what a difference. I highly recommend it. I couldn’t find the Yeokens on the label so I emailed customer service and got a nice reply and extra Yeokens put on my account.
