What I love about it is that it turns into virtually clotted cream almost just by looking at it, no whipping required, just a squiggling of the pot – the most amazingly thick, divine cream there is. – LeoOnce you taste this you realise how tasteless the supermarket own brand stuff is, unfortunately my local Tescos no longer seems to stock it and the Co-op never seems to have it either!! gutted!
