– Jane CobbThis is not soured cream. Even single cream contains around 18% fat, this travesty contains only 11%. I am sick of the health faddists removing fat from everything. it is no longer possible to buy proper cream cheese, now Yeo Valley are playing the same tricks with soured “cream”. We know that cream contains fat, we don’t need some disapproving nanny wagging their finger at us and giving us a pale imitation of hte real thing.
