Here’s a thick and creamy organic yogurt that’s strained, or as we say, ‘kerned’, to make it just like traditional Greek, but made right here in Somerset.
Previously known as Super Thick yogurt, our Greek Recipe yogurt is high in protein, naturally low in sugar and has 5% fat – perfect for breakfast, pudding and post-gym snacking.
The pot is our first that is made from 100% recycled plastic and card and is 100% recyclable – simply unzip the card outer layer and separate!
Customer Reviews
– Denise DaviesLove this yoghurt but very difficult to get hold of.
No longer stocked in Waitrose – why?
And my local M and S + co-op also have no stocks lately.
Only Ocado when I do an online shop.
Very frustrating.

– Marion BennettBest yogurt ever!! Especially with fresh grapes, blueberries and granola for a very substantial, delicious and healthy breakfast! Unfortunately I have a problem getting it from most of my local supermarkets which is very frustrating.
Nature lover
– JayAs others have said – this is the best yogurt in the world! – but so difficult to find now. No one seems to stock the 850g pots any more and even the 450g are hard to find. Even trying to buy via the site on-line order page doesn’t work.

– Rachel CeliaThis is absolutely the best yogurt in the whole world. Even the 0%fat version gives you the satisfaction of eating whipped cream, the taste is much less acid than any other yogurt so is more versatile, AND the high protein content (nearly twice that of most other yogurts) means that it is much more useful as a ballance to carbohydrate for a type 2 diabetic diet. I too have found it much harder to find recently. Waitrose has stopped stocking it and most other supermarkets seem to have much lower stocks and then only the 450gm versions.
Please let me know where I can buy it reliably.

– MelaLove! My absolute favourite yoghurt. Have for breakfast every morning with berries and nuts. Agree with previous 2 reviewers – used to buy at Waitrose and they just stopped stocking it! Crazy. No idea what went into their decision. At first I worried Yeo actually stopped making it – came on here to check! Very happy to see still available and just stocked at other supermarkets. I’ll just have to go elsewhere for my weekly shop 🙂

– JanI LOVE this yogurt. I’m devastated. I haven’t been able to get it from Waitrose for about a month.

– Diane JonesAs I have always found normal yogurt too acidic I usually eat only your Greek type. However shopping recently I saw this super thick kerned yogurt and gave it a shot. Oh WOW it is beautiful just like extra thick double cream, so smooth and yummy my new favourite. I got the 5% fat one but will try the 0% next time. Looking forward to using it in different ways not just for eating at breakfast with fresh fruit. Well done Yeo Valley another superb product.

– Jenny ThorneI used to love this yogurt but it has changed. It is no longer as thick & the taste is much sharper. I have emailed Yeo valley asking what has happened, but as yet have had no response. Such a shame as this is an expensive yogurt which used to be worth it.
