It is healthier with higher levels of good fatty acids and doesn’t contain all of the potentially harmful hormones that ordinary milk does. Hopefully the cows are happier and healthier too.

– Mrs FarrI buy the Yeo Valley milk because it is simply the best. Not only is it organic but the sugar content is lower than any other milk on the market. I don’t have sugar in my tea or on any cereal so the lower sugar content is noticeable and better for my husband who is diabetic.
