This has to be the very worst creme fraiche product that I have ever bought

Awful product. The last step to my chicken pie recipe was to add creme fraiche and it turned the mixture into a watery curdled mess when added to the pan. I had to throw the whole thing out. Very unsatisfactory and disappointing.

Absolutely love this product! Excellent for healthy dieting but still creamy and perfect with burritos, fajitas or chilli!

I am so disappointed with this product which I tried for the first time tonight… first off it smells and tastes like yogurt – nothing like creme fraiche – but worse, I added this product to a salmon and asparagus pasta dish I was making and it curdled and turned watery, it made the dish taste awful (I have made said dish many times before but usual brand of creme fraiche was unavailable) It totally ruined the meal and were unable to eat it – what a waste of food, not to mention money.
I am surprised this product is still allowed to be sold after reading other similar reviews. I will be advising the supermarket where I bought it tomorrow.
Would strongly advise against buying this product.

Major Problem, With the product.
Firstly, It does NOT say Fat Free on the label Anywhere, except for a minute Fat free Creme Fraiche, on the side of packet.
If you use Creme Fraiche for Cooking, This Product is totally useless, as it turns to to yucky water.
So wasted valuable ingredients for Nothing.
So in Reality,,,,This is a Useless product, Do not buy it

I was looking for an alternative to oil based dressings which I can no longer process.
This is perfect as a base ingredient…
I added chopped chive and lemon juice – it was actually delicious.
Will try ginger, turmeric and lime next time

Perfect for everyone on Slimmers World. Sweet, savoury, lunch, dinner and – the best – alternative to fromage frail, yoghurt etc.

Please can you retail one more than 200g!
